Due to the current financial crisis, many of our neighbors are struggling with food insecurities. One way to show compassion to our neighbors is by donating to food banks . Interfaith Food Center distributes food to over 1400 families in our local communities each week, and that number is expected to grow. They are asking for:
-Rice & Beans
-Pasta (spaghetti, macaroni)
-Pasta sauce
-Canned fruit/vegetables
-Soups, cup o noodles
-Canned meats (tuna, beef or ham)
-Cake mix, Pancake mix, Flour & Jell-O
-Cereal or Oatmeal
-Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, syrup)
-Snacks for the homeless (granola bars, pop tarts, fruit snacks, chips, peanuts, pretzels & popcorn)
Donation can be brought to the church on Sundays November 2nd-December 7th on the upper patio. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus to our community.
