To register to be baptized, please submit this form and someone from our team will contact you before the date selected. We celebrate baptisms monthly at our 9:00, 10:30 am and 12:00 pm services. Scroll down in the form to choose an available service time. Once capacity is reached at each service, that time will no longer be available. For children's baptism for ages 8 years (third grade) and older: Participation in a baptism class for children is highly recommended before baptism.
