Event Details

BREATHE is experiential worship led by a special guest. We aim to host a Christ-honoring experience that connects us to God through His word, worship, and wellness. We practice breathwork through stretching and worshiping Jesus with our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30). Our morning will start with breathwork, prayer, scripture reading, and Christ-centered meditation. We will then move into a sequence of poses paired with God-honoring worship music. We end our morning with stillness, silence, and ultimate rest. This workshop is for everyBODY. Therefore, you will have the option to participate using a floor mat or seated in a chair. The breath and posture of your heart matters most, not how flexible you are.
