Marriage Connections Date Nights are for couples of every age to treat themselves to a special evening together with other couples. During each of the seven Date Nights, over dessert and beverages, couples will have the opportunity to learn and develop some skills that are foundational to long-term relationships. Led by experienced Marriage Connections leaders, participants will learn some key strategies for marriage enrichment and relationship building. Attendees will also hear from couples who have learned and applied those skills to their own relationships. Space is limited, and because each session builds on the content from previous sessions, participants are encouraged to attend all seven Date Nights. Consider going out for dinner before the meeting and then join us for dessert at 6 PM to make it a real date night! (Check in begins at 5:45pm and the program begins promptly at 6pm) Childcare is available during the Marriage Connections Date Night for ages birth through 5th grade, and pre-registration for childcare is required. Once we reach capacity for childcare, a waitlist will become available, and we will do our best to accommodate your childcare needs.⁣ Whittier Area Community Church welcomes people of all sexual orientations because we believe everyone is loved by and matters to God. With grace-filled spirits, we seek to love as God does (John 13:34-35, John 14:15, 21, 23-24) while living out the biblical and historical Christian view of marriage and sexual expression that marriage is a committed covenant union between two sexually different persons (male and female, Matthew 19:4-5).
