To register to be baptized, please submit this form. We will contact you prior to the date selected. We host Sunday baptism at our 9:30 or 11:00am services once a month. Scroll down in the form to select the service time you are interested in. If you do not see the time you wanted, that time is no longer available. For children's baptism for ages 8-years (third grade) and older: Participation in a baptism class for children is highly recommended prior to baptism.
