Care Portal is a platform where family welfare agency workers can share the needs of vulnerable clients they serve with churches and others in the community. These families and individuals are in need of essential items such as clothing, beds, baby items, child care, medical care, transportation, and more. Often the support means keeping a biological family together, assisting a parent who has done work to regain custody, helping a foster parent care for a child in crisis, or allow a kinship caregiver to take in a family member in need.
